About The Role

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to engage with our partners and their patients and clients in order to drive adoption of our digital healthcare services and improve clinical outcomes. This role will play an integral part in designing the future of primary care and improving healthcare outcomes for millions of users. The role will be multifaceted, working to engage patients through various digital channels as well as in-person, so we are looking for someone who is both confident in taking ownership of our CRM as well as being comfortable meeting patients face to face.

The role will support two key business streams for Push Doctor; Corporate partnerships and Digital-First Practices:

Push Doctor Corporate:
  • Supporting the product team to activate services and drive awareness and adoption of Push Doctor to partners’ clients
  • Upskill corporate partners to sell / market
  • Creation of marketing materials such as videos, email and print
  • Measurement of usage of materials and optimisation to increase update
  • Campaign analysis: Evaluation of campaigns against business KPIs in order to further optimise
Push Doctor Digital-First Practices:
  • Management of the CRM tool and working with the product team to develop functionality and segments e.g. adding fields and API integrations
  • Patient lifecycle strategy: Work with our medical team and to develop the patient lifecycle in order to help our patients stay healthier!
  • In-person communication with patients and local influencers through patient participation groups (PPGs) and community groups
  • Local advertising to increase patient list size and engage local communities
  • Working with external PR agency to support on narrative, messaging and local PR
  • Patient comms through email, social media and SMS
  • CRM execution: Using our CRM tools to build out both campaigns and triggered communications across our multiple business lines

About You

  • Experience building flows in a CRM tool
  • Passionate about using data: both to find key insights and understand performance
  • Expertise in planning out CRM campaigns across consumer touchpoints
  • Experience of running empirically sound growth experiments
  • Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments
  • Passionate about user experience and understanding of the customer
  • An understanding or awareness of acquisition channels is preferable
  • A driven mindset and an eagerness to learn and progress
  • A willingness to throw yourself out of your comfort zone to progress projects working with different teams across the business
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to deliver work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to take an idea or topic, then proactively plan and research it to deliver an outstanding piece of content
